Joseph Furbish, was born 17 July
1735 in Eliot, Maine, he was baptized 12 June 1737 and died in 1808 at
about 71 years of age. He married
(1) Hannah Stacey on 17 December 1769
in Berwick, Maine. Hannah was the daughter of Benjamin and Sarah (Tidy)
Stacy, she died 12 May 1773.
(2) Sarah Ferguson on 28 September 1775.
Sarah was the daughter of James Ferguson.
Children of Joseph Furbish and Hannah Stacy:

Stephan Furbish, born 12
April 1770 in Kittery, Maine. He married Catherine Hill 23 April 1797 in
Kittery, Maine. Catherine Hill was born 15 March 1770, baptized 15 July
1770, and she died about 1844. Stephen died 5 October 1826 in Eliot, Maine.

Sarah Furbish, was born about 1772, and adopted by Joseph
and Hannah.
Sarah married John Furbish 7 March 1795 at York, Maine.
John, the son of Richard and Jane (McCrillis) Furbish was born 4 April
1771 in Lebanon, Maine and died 13 February 1826 in Lebanon, Maine, he
is buried in South Lebanon, Maine. Sarah died about February 5, 1840 in Lebanon, Maine,
and is buried in South Berwick, Maine.

John Furbish, born 15 April 1773 and died 14 February
1843. John married:
(1) Polly White at Epping, New
Hampshire. Polly was born 1 December 1779 in New Hampshire and died 21
May 1848.
(2) Sarah Ferguson, 28 September 1775. Sarah, the
daughter of James and Patience (Downing) Ferguson was born 16 March 1739.
