I Joseph Furbish of Eliot in the county of York and
State of Maine being of sound disposing mind and
memory do hereby make and publish this my last Will
and Testament in manner and form following.

First I give and bequeath to my son
Howard B. Furbish after my decease and the decease
of my wife by his paying all my just debts, legaeres
and funeral expenses: all of my real estate excepting
one chamber and one room on the lower floor in
my dwelling house. Also I give him my oxen and
farming tools.

Second I give to my daughter Martha A.
Furbish the North East room on the lower floor and to
and Carrie A. Furbish and Effie L. Furbish my daughters
the Southwest chamber, in my dwelling house, also a home
on my real estate while they remain insofar by their
rendering a resonable amount of service or
labor in household duties in the family.

Third I give to my other children not
herein mentioned viz Elizabeth W. Jenkins, Hannah
J. Shapleigh, Charlot Johnson, Joseph H. Furbish, Frederick
B. Furbish and Effie L. Furbish $5.00 five dollars each, and
to George H. Furbish twenty five dollars whe he shal come
of age.

Fourth I give to my wife Caroline
G. Furbish all of my personal estates not heretofore
named, goods and chattels, rights and credits, also
exclusive control of all my real estate except that part given
to Martha and Carrie.

Fifth I hereby appoint my son
Howard B. Furbish Executor of this my last
