York, ss.--TO the Sheriff of our Countof York, 

or his Deputy GREETING.
WHEREASSamuel Mc Intyre of York in
our said County of York yeoman

by the consideration of our Justices of our 
Circuit Court of common Pleas, holden at Alfred
for and within our county of York aforesaid, on the second
MonTuesday of September 1820 recovered judgment against

Stephen Furbish of Eliot in said County
yeoman
or the sum of sixty five Dollars and
fifty two Cents, damage, and nine Dollars

and ninety five Cents, costs of suit ; as to us appears of record,
whereof execution remains to be done :
We command you, therefore, that of the goods, chattels, or

lands of the said debtor within your precinct, you cause to be paid and satisfied unto
the said creditor at the value thereof in money, the aforesaid sums, being
seventy five
Dollars and forty seven 
one dollar & fifty Cents more for this of five former writ ; and

thereof also to satisfy yourself for your own fees. And for want of goods, chattels, or
lands of the said debtor To be by him Shewn unto you, or found within
your precinct, to the acceptance of the said creditor to satisfy the sums
aforesaid, WE command you to take the body of the said debtor and him
commit unto our goal in York or Alfred,

In our county of York,

aforesaid, and detain in your custody within our said goal , until he pay

the full sums Above mentioned, with your fees, or that he Be discharged by

the said creditor, or otherwise by order of law. Hereof fail not. And make return

of this writ with your doings therein, into the Clerk's office of our said Court of Com-
mon Pleas, within three months from the date hereof.
